1. Introduction

The AMRYN Referral Scheme rewards individuals and businesses for introducing new customers to AMRYN.

By participating in this scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Referral Reward

AMRYN will pay a referral reward of £100 for each successful qualifying referral.

There is no limit to the number of referrals that may be submitted, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a referral reward, the referrer must:

• Be aged 18 years or over
• Hold a valid UK bank account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions

AMRYN reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and banking details before any reward payment is issued.

4. What Qualifies as a Successful Referral?

A referral will be considered successful when:

• The referred business is introduced to AMRYN by the referrer.
• The referred business enters into an agreement for an eligible AMRYN product or service.
• The referred business is approved by the relevant provider.
• The referred business processes a minimum of £1,000 in card transactions.
• The £1,000 transaction threshold is achieved within 30 days of the merchant account becoming active.

All conditions must be satisfied before any referral reward becomes payable.

5. Exclusions

A referral reward will not be paid where:

• The referred business is already known to AMRYN.
• The referred business is an existing customer of AMRYN.
• The referral has previously been submitted by another party.
• False, inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
• The referred business fails underwriting, compliance or approval checks.
• The referred business cancels or terminates its agreement before meeting the qualifying criteria.
• AMRYN reasonably suspects fraud, abuse or manipulation of the scheme.

AMRYN's decision regarding referral eligibility shall be final.

6. Reward Payments

Referral rewards will be paid via bank transfer only.

Payments will be made within 30 days of the referred business successfully meeting all qualifying criteria.

The referrer is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a referral reward.

7. Alternative Rewards

AMRYN reserves the right to substitute the advertised £100 referral reward with an alternative reward, incentive or promotional offer of equal or greater value.

Any alternative reward offered by AMRYN shall be deemed full settlement of the referral entitlement.

The type, value and availability of alternative rewards may vary and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

8. Data Protection & Consent

By submitting a referral, you confirm that:

• You have permission to provide the referred business's contact details.
• The information supplied is accurate and lawful.
• The referred business would reasonably expect to be contacted regarding payment solutions, merchant services or related products.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with AMRYN's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

9. Fraud Prevention

AMRYN reserves the right to withhold, refuse, cancel or recover any referral reward where there is evidence of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Deliberate misrepresentation
• Abuse of the referral scheme
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

Where fraud is suspected, AMRYN may request additional verification before processing any reward payment.

10. Changes to the Referral Scheme

AMRYN reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Change the referral reward amount.
• Introduce alternative rewards or promotional incentives.
• Suspend or withdraw the referral scheme without notice.
• Refuse participation where deemed necessary.

Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the AMRYN website.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMRYN shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from participation in this referral scheme.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the referral scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
